Villa Aquavitus is a detached vacation rental property located in Pomos, Paphos District. Villa Aquavitus can sleep up to 7 people (6 adults and 1 child) with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue and sea views. -The use of air-conditioning is payable locally for 20.00 euros per unit per day paid locally in common areas only, bedrooms are free of charge. -Central Heating can be provided for 40.00 EU per day, paid locally. -If an additional folding bed is required, you must request this before arrival, as there is an extra charge of 12 euros per night. IMPORTANT VILLA RULES: • The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time (including children). • No additional guests, visitors, parties, gatherings, or extra cars are permitted at the property. Exceeding the booked occupancy is strictly prohibited. • A Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) of 150 euros per person is payable before arrival. This is fully refunded after departure, provided there is no damage, breakages, or breach of the above rules.
