We have just renovated all 4 apartments and started renting them out now.

Neighbourhood information

– Quiet bicycle-friendly street (accessible by car), parking available directly in front of the house – 1 minute by bike to the Aasee (lake) – 1 minute walk to the HBZ (vocational training center) – 10 minutes on foot to Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, a pharmacy & restaurants
