The flat is on the third floor (no lift). From the six large windows you can look directly onto the Liebfrauenkirche and the entire Marktplatz "am Plan", nipping on a delicious Caffè Lungo freshly out of our coffee machine or a smoothie from the smoothie maker. Many other kitchen appliances are available in the super-equipped new kitchen. 6. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to us.

8. A booking constitutes agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all associated damages. Violation of the house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund

9. Noise level measurement systems may be installed in homes to signal excessive noise levels. Night quiet from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Guests are required to fill out the check-in form in advance. If you do not do this, you may be denied access to the apartment.
