The apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached barrier-free via an elevator. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and are air-conditioned via underfloor cooling in summer temperatures.
The two bedrooms have queen-size beds (160x200) and a workstation with WiFi.
The 28 m² living/dining area is equipped with a smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar. In addition, the sofa bed (160x200) offers sleeping space for 2 additional people.
