All you need is your name and/or your booking number, which you will receive by email. You can use our self-check-in terminal at the main entrance outside, or, via the underground parking garage (fee applies), our terminal in the hotel lobby. Our reception staff is available in person during the following hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM Outside of these hours, you can check in digitally at any time using our terminals. An emergency hotline is also available 24/7. Free Wi-Fi You will receive free high-speed Wi-Fi access throughout your stay. You will receive your login details after check-in either by email, as a printout at the outside terminal, on your room key holder at the inside terminal, or on the television located at reception in the lobby. Pet-friendly Pets are permitted for a fee of €15 per night. Please notify us in advance of your pet's arrival. Parking Your nearest parking option: Public parking garage directly below the hotel (fee applies, €19 per night). Parking fees can be conveniently paid at reception. Children Please note: Children stay free of charge only when sharing their parents' bed, provided no extra bed is required. The price quoted in the booking confirmation includes breakfast only. Baby cots are free of charge. If an extra bed is required for children aged 4 and older, it will be charged at €37 on site. Extra beds and baby cots must be requested by message and are only available between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM! (Please understand that we cannot provide extra beds for reservations made after 3:00 PM!)
