Using high-quality materials, the spacious two-room apartment meets upscale demands for a stylish apartment residence. On about 52 m² the apartment offers a light-flooded room concept ideal for families up to 4 persons. The modern apartment with a view of the garden is located on the 2nd floor and has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV with international channels and a fresh air ventilation system in all rooms.
