The cosy apartment 1 is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Grassau and boasts an unobstructed and wonderful view of the mountains. In the apartment there is a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious living room with a couch seating area, which is additionally equipped with a second double bed. Furthermore the apartment has a well equipped fitted kitchen as well as a newly renovated barrier-free bathroom with a shower and a washing machine and thus offers space for 4 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, satellite television as well as a high chair and a travel cot (upon request). There is also a bike, which is available for your use. Furthermore, the apartment offers a private south-facing balcony where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you overlook the beautiful mountains and the meadows and fields. There is also a shared barbecue in the garage, which can be used upon request. Approximately 10 minutes away on foot you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries as well as the nearest supermarket. The nearby mountains Hochplatte, Hochgern, Hochlerch and Hochfelln offer various mountain and hiking tours, both with and without lift assistance. In winter, the cross-country skiing trail passes directly by the house. Lake Chiemsee can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car where you can swim in the refreshing water on warm summer days. Parking spaces are available on the property. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Tourist tax should be paid on-site.
