Located on the first floor, it features a living room (sofa bed with a topper for added comfort), a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom, and a bathroom with shower curtain and glass bathtub. The apartment accommodates up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a workspace for home office needs, two TVs, a fan, and a washer-dryer. Enjoy the private balcony with an electric grill for outdoor meals. Public transport such as buses and on-call shared taxis are within walking distance and run hourly. At the entrance, a key safe and doorbell provide extra convenience and security. Small dogs are welcome on request and for an extra fee, but are not allowed on beds or the sofa out of consideration for future guests. Two large blankets can be provided upon request.
