Enjoy some time out in our vacation apartment with its own entrance, carport and terrace. The modern apartment is located on the ground floor, has a separate kitchen with dining table, 3 bedrooms, a spacious living room with TV, upholstered furniture and a large corner bench for games and cozy TV evenings, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a storage room. Coffee, tea, sugar and spices are provided. The free WLAN is available in all rooms. A washing machine is available in the cellar on request. Your car is protected from the sun and rain in the carport. From the living room, you can access the large terrace with our beautiful garden and views of the forest. The terrace is located on the sunny south side and is protected from prying eyes. Garden furniture, cushions and parasol are provided. Here you can enjoy the starry sky in the evening with a glass of wine. A children’s playground is within 150 m walking distance. You can explore the beautiful nature along the “Alte Heeresstraße” on foot or by bike. Many hiking trails can be reached directly from the vacation apartment. The “Nördlicher Oberpfälzer Wald” nature park offers numerous excursion and hiking opportunities and cycle paths (information from the host). Look forward to a quiet, modern vacation apartment with good highway connections to great excursion destinations. The "King's Casino" in Rozvadov can be reached via the A6 highway in approx. 12 minutes. Important: Child safety locks are not available in the apartment. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, only on the terrace. Parties or group events are not allowed. The carport is at your disposal.
