It is a combination of two apartments (45m² + 60m²) on the ground floor. The 45m² apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and has a terrace. The 60m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, has no terrace and only a city view. Bed linen, towels, shower gel, etc. are of course provided. Reserved parking spaces are available right outside the front door. Details on accessibility are available on request.

The tectake Arena (where concerts and other events take place) is just a few minutes' walk away. There is a public green area behind the house. A few meters further on you are already on the Main and can enjoy a wonderful view of the fortress and the "Käppele" along the river as you walk into town. There is a pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser, grocery store and much more nearby. A city beach and the riverbank are nearby.
