In unserem Neubau, welcher 2022 fertig gestellt wurde, befindet sich eine Ferienwohnung für 2-4 / 5 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und ist voll möbliert. Zum Stand der Technik gehören hierbei u.a. eine Fußbodenheizung, elektrische Rolläden, eine ebenerdige Dusche, usw. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Einzelbetten, welche wahlweise auch zusammengestellt werden können als Doppelbett. Zusätzlich befindet sich ein Schlafsofa im Wohn-/Essbereich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, ... Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße der Burg Abenberg. Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist direkt vor der Wohnung vorhanden.
