"Not at home and yet at home". Since 1949, in the meanwhile 3rd generation, we are helping our guests to spend a beautiful and eventful vacation in the Oberallgäu. Since we live in the house we are almost always available for our guests. We know our homeland well, were in the past ourselves gladly and much on the road. Therefore, we can advise our guests on hikes, excursions and the physical well-being always with tips in your vacation planning. We are looking forward to meeting you! Your family Kennerknecht

Property information

Our well-kept, family-run guesthouse is situated in a quiet location on the "sunny side of Fischen" (no through traffic) with an unobstructed view of the Hörner mountain group. In the cozy lounge, which is open to you all day, you start with a rich breakfast in your vacation day. We offer 2 breakfast times: 8:00 - 8:50 or 9:10 - 10:00 - please let us know your preferred breakfast time in advance. In front of the house the rustic seating area invites you to linger. We have renovated or refurnished all bathrooms, the house corridors and rooms since spring 2020.

Neighbourhood information

The center of Fischen can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. Many of the walking/hiking and biking tours can be started directly at the house, as well as the cross-country ski trail entrance in winter. Horse riding, swimming, water sports, golf, fishing,.... whether summer or winter - many activities are not more than 20 km away or in the immediate vicinity. In summer you can go with the guest card free of charge to the outdoor pool and in winter use the small family ski area "Stinesser" directly in Fischen. You will receive more information about the guest card when booking.
