The 45m² vacation home is located on a large plot of land in a rural location in the Berlin Brandenburg area. The friendly homeowner himself is a great travel enthusiast. The bungalow (guest house) has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house is clean and neatly furnished and furthermore has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a washer-dryer and an iron with ironing board. Outside there is a private open terrace with seating furniture and an outdoor grill for a BBQ. Parking is available at the property. Pets are not allowed. The house has a smart lock. Check-in/access is therefore possible at any time via electronic door lock via NUKI app via your smartphone. Alternatively also via a numerical code.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located in Hoppegarten in Berlin Brandenburg. Within 5-6 minutes on foot you can reach a supermarket, a bakery and a restaurant (450-500m). Via S-Bahn you can travel directly to the center of Berlin within 42 minutes or 30 minutes by car. The station is 950m or a 12-minute walk from the property. Day trips to the surrounding lakes are also highly recommended.
