The large window makes the room bright and inviting year-round. A bench is available in front of the south-facing window. The wood-burning stove adds to the cozy ambiance. The modern, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The dining area seats four. Also located on the ground floor are a guest WC and a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer for your free use. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and LCD TV, and another bedroom with two single beds. Beautiful built-in wardrobes have been installed throughout. A modern, spacious bathroom with a shower invites you to relax, even during the colder months. This lovely semi-detached house also features a bench in front of the south-facing window. A beach chair is also available for your use on Utersum beach from Easter to October.
