Bright apartment with windows in every area. A spacious room divided by a privacy screen, creating two separate rooms. Ample storage space. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop and combination oven/oven. Large shower room. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the building and nearby. Supermarket, pharmacy, and bus stop approximately 200 meters away. Restaurants and town center 1 kilometer away. Good access to the A2, A42, and A43 motorways. Veltins Arena 10 kilometers. Cramer Kirmes fair 12 kilometers.
