IMPORTANT: Only the apartments and superior double rooms have a coffee machine and their own kitchen. All rooms have a mini-fridge, kettle and cups. Private parking spaces are available in the inner courtyard, but are limited and cannot be reserved. Please note the width of the driveway. It is 220 cm wide at its narrowest point. Each of our rooms has its own TV, fridge and desk, as well as its own bathroom. So you can relax and get your work done in peace without having to worry about annoying neighbors or shared bathrooms. We've also made sure that all rooms are modern and stylishly furnished to make you feel at home. And the best part? We offer free parking on our property! This means you don't have to worry about where to leave your car when you get home. The accommodation is 3 train stops away from Leipzig main station. The nearest train stop (Wilhelminenstraße) is behind the accommodation, about a 3-minute walk away. You can take the 16 directly to the city center or the Messegelände. There is a Lidl supermarket right next to the accommodation for shopping or breakfast. There is also a Netto with a bakery nearby (about 3 minutes walk away). There are also many parking spaces in the surrounding area, which are often free. These can be used free of charge if there are no more parking spaces available in the inner courtyard.
