The property is located in the residential and recreational area Holzwiesen. Ideal as a starting point for hiking and cycling trips. On the nearby Neckar you have the unique opportunity to explore the Neckar valley and its beautiful landscape with an exciting canoe expedition or stand up paddle board. Also the Neckartal bike path is only a few kilometers away. Also many leisure activities such as volleyball, soccer and playgrounds are adjacent and in the immediate vicinity. If the weather is not so great, light the fireplace and enjoy the time in the sauna. Electricity and hot water is available. Heating is mainly provided by a wood-burning stove.
