Designer Appartement at the new luxury residence, one of the most expensive buildings in Berlin. Very central location in a quiet and save street, next to Spree river, all museums, Berlin Cathedral, Gendarmenmarkt and all historic sights. 145m2 spacious 3 bedroom place with luxury modern kitchen from bulthaup and BORA system, quality furniture from Musterring and leather sofa from KOINOR, all high end German furniture manufacturers. Appartement has a very big terrace with the view of television tower and beautiful church. Klosterstrasse u-Bahn is right outside of the building.
The location of the apartment is just fabulous. It's very save because the ministry of internal affairs just across the building. 24 hours police surveillance. It's also located in the oldest and most historical part of Berlin with city wall from mid-13th century and some restaurants and buildings from this time.
