Our flat is equipped with a bathroom (shower) as well as a second, smaller guest toilet. The existing parking area in the property offers space for one vehicle (Attention! Narrow gateway 1.90 m). Welcome to the Kaßberg! This part of Chemnitz, which is known beyond the city limits, is one of the largest Wilhelminian and Art Nouveau districts in Germany. Especially during the boom in the middle of the 19th century, the area developed into an upper middle-class residential district with a large number of representative buildings.
