Bright vacation apartment for 2 to 8 guests in the middle of Prien Both spacious bedrooms each have a large double bed with two bedside cabinets, a wide sofa bed with separate sofa stool, 2 open closets, TV and windows on two sides with blackout curtains. The large and well-equipped kitchen can seat eight guests at the dining table with bench and four chairs. The kitchen also has windows on two sides and a door to the narrow but long balcony. On the balcony with its beautiful garden view, you can only eat comfortably in a couple or threesome, but there is a bench in addition to chairs for sitting. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is bright and spacious. The apartment has a Miele washing machine in the laundry room. The house is in a very quiet location at the end of our private driveway, 50 meters from the road. The flat on the second floor is reached via the stairs. The appartment's free parking is in front of the front door. You can park bicycles in the right garage in front of the house. You will find the remote control for the garage door in the holiday flat. There are also three plug sockets for e-bikes in the garage. Up to four or six guests can relax on the two sofas in both rooms. The first bedroom has a 220x200 double bed with multi-adjustable bed frames and exceptionally high-quality METZELER Airline Glamour® mattresses. Perfect sleep is guaranteed here. Alternatively, the sofa is a double sofa bed 200x150 with comfort bed frame and high-quality cold foam mattress. The windows on two sides can be darkened with blackout curtains. The second bedroom has a 180x200 double bed with adjustable bed frames and high-quality cold foam mattresses. The sofa is alternatively a double sofa bed 200x170 with comfort bed frame and high-quality cold foam mattress. The windows on two sides can be darkened with blackout curtains. If needed, two travel cots (without linen) and a high chair for children can be used free of charge.

My brother and I cherish the beautiful house, which our mother lovingly converted with antiquarian entrance doors into three charming independent apartments. The house is well maintained, but it is already over 100 years old. Some steps may creak, but you will feel at home in this cosy and quietly located house. Rosi, Leo and their cleaning fairy take care of the well-being of our guests in the cozy vacation apartment under the roof on the second floor. We are there for all your questions and wishes. We pay the local tourist tax for our guests, who receive a guest card from the municipality of Prien with numerous discounts when they fill out the registration form on site.

Prien at the foot of the Chiemgau mountains is the starting point for hikes, bike tours and the Chiemsee boat trip to Herrenchiemsee Castle on Herreninsel and the beautiful Fraueninsel with its monastery and inns. From the harbour the Chiemsee boat trip to Fraueninsel and Herreninsel departs. It is about 1 kilometer to the harbour on foot. The stop for the local bus 9424 is only 50 meters from the front door, at the beginning of our private access road. The use is free of charge with the spa and guest card. The bus runs every hour all year round, travel time: approx. 7 minutes. The use of the Chiemsee ring line 9586 is free of charge with the spa and guest card. It is the first public line that circles Lake Chiemsee directly and opens up numerous possibilities for combined hiking and biking tours. The bicycle trailer carried on board has room for 18 bikes. The bus operates from mid-May to early October. With the spa and guest card you can also reach the destinations up to a radius distance of 10 km free of charge. Our guests receive a spa and guest card - we pay the local tourism tax for our guests!
