Jedoch ist die Wohnung nicht komplett ohne Stufen erreichbar. Bis zum Fahrstuhl führen ca. 10 Stufen und auch der Weg in die Tiefgarage ist nur mittels Treppen im Nachbargebäude erreichbar.
