This luxuriously furnished semi-detached, 2-storey, Danish holiday home is located in the well-known marina Marina Wendtorf by Kiel Bay in the 3rd row, beautifully surrounded by beautiful sandy beaches and a nature area. The house is modernly decorated and the wood-paneled walls and sloping ceilings give the house a bright atmosphere. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and sauna, so you have a good opportunity to relax. The kitchen, dining and living room are located on the 1st floor together with a bathroom, from which you have a beautiful view of the area. From here there is access to the practically covered terrace on the 1st floor, the so-called loggia, where you can extend the beautiful summer evening and enjoy panoramic views of the dike and the beach behind. The house is on the 1st floor equipped with binoculars, so you can closely watch the birds, shipping and the magnificent view. After an active day in the area, you can relax in the sauna or hot tub and finally sit down in front of the satellite TV and DVD player with a good book or an exciting DVD movie or enjoy the warmth of the bioethanol fireplace. In addition, there is a heat pump / air conditioner in the house, which reduces electricity costs and ensures a good indoor climate. Since the house is part of a series of several identical houses, the decor may vary. There is a parking space belonging to the house.
