My architect's house, which I built myself in 2019 and which was planned freely, is a great attraction for families with children, as it is located directly on the forest, with a private pool and its own playground. On 172sqm of living space with 5 rooms, there is a lot to discover here. The outdoor area offers 1100 sqm with direct connection to the forest, without road - pure nature. Children can play here alone and animals can run around freely. Hamburg's city centre is only a stone's throw away, in 23 minutes you can reach the main station by HVV, in about 40 minutes by car. I live in this house myself with my two children and our family dog, if the house not rented. It is therefore not a pure holiday home, but our family home. Please keep this in mind before booking and treat it with respect. The house is therefore fully equipped with everything you need. Children's toys for 1 to 8 year old kids, books, TV, jukeboxes (Alexa and Sonos), bicycles, Badminton net, soccer goals, sandpit with inventory, trampoline, go-karts, skateboards, etc... Please note the following BEFORE booking: - The house has a central ventilation system and thus the windows are closed. It is suitable for allergy sufferers (pollen and house dust). However, ventilation can be provided on the upper floors via the skylights if desired. - The house is under video surveillance in the outdoor area, as it is located by the forest - the stairs to the upper floor have NO railing, as can be seen in the pictures, but all stairs have child safety gates - there are personal belongings of my children and of me in the house - in case of a problem with the internet or fuse box, I have to enter the separate technical room at the house. - Dogs are welcome here, please note in case of allergies - the house has a possibility to charge electric vehicles, please contact me if necessary

My name is Inga, I was born in the late 70s, I have two children (6 and 3), a Border Collie and a horse. This house was my dream, I designed, planned and built everything myself. I would now like to make it available to others, as I like to travel and the house is often too big for me. I also like guests and gaining experience with different people. My children provide our guests with their own rooms and all your toys. I therefore ask you to be respectful of our accommodation. There are animals here on the property, especially dogs. Our horse is sometimes allowed to come by. Therefore, your animals are also welcome. Down on the property on the road is a tiny house, where I partly stay. But I often travel through the area with my motorhome. So it is always possible that we meet in the garden and might drink a coffee together :-) Please note the following BEFORE booking: Noisy parties or events are not permitted. Please do not bring any maintenance personnel. Please contact us if you are planning a booking for more than 5 adults. Before arrival, the "Consent Form for Outdoor Video Surveillance" and "Guest Handbook" forms must be signed and read in writing. Depending on the number of guests, a security deposit will be required on site. After booking, I will contact you and provide these documents. The utility room and the garden shed behind the house are not part of the rental property, as I need access for maintenance work. The house offers electric vehicle charging, sauna use, and electric bicycle rental.

The house is only 2 km from the train station. There you have a connection to Hamburg. In 23 minutes, the HVV also takes you to Hamburg Central Station. The trains run regularly. With your car you might need around 35 minutes to Hamburg city center. There are many attractions in the area. Directly adjacent is a climbing center, playgrounds, skate parks, a swimming pool, bowling alley and Buchholz's city center with numerous shops, markets and restaurants. In the vicinity there are some zoos, the Lüneburg Heath, the Heidepark, barefoot park, the Büsenbach valley, an open-air museum, leisure pools and in winter some great toboggan slopes, and much more.
