The villa is directly opposite Bad Doberan Train Station. This offers connections to Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. Rostock is only 20 minutes away by car or train.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Bad Doberan, with its fine restaurants, pubs, outdoor market and other excellent shopping facilities.
