This charming holiday home is located in the popular Rørvig area just a short walk from the forest and one of the best sandy beaches in Odsherred. It offers a peaceful retreat for those looking for a simple, nature-focused holiday, where the beauty of the outdoors extends all the way into the living area. Set on a large wooded plot with a lawn, there is plenty of space for children to play or to enjoy a cozy campfire. Inside, the home features a functional original kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and sink. Outside, there is a shower with both cold and warm water. The accommodation includes one bedroom with a double bed, a room with a single bed, and a children?s room with a bunk bed and toys and books for young guests. The dining and living areas are combined with a TV and the option to stream your own services via the home?s internet. Additionally, there is a sunroom with a newer sofa bed and a comfortable seating corner perfect for relaxing with a book. The property is surrounded by a quiet, peaceful environment, close to the coast and the harbor of Rørvig, making it ideal for walks, beach days, and exploring the charming surroundings. No rentals to youth groups are allowed.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Please note: In your Booking.com account, links and attachments sent by DanCenter will not be displayed. Therefore, check your regular email account/SPAM folder as well. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
