This former country house is suitable for 8 people. The holiday home is 144 m² and was built in 1890. In 2017, the holiday home underwent a renovation. It is allowed to bring 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with an energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There is underfloor heating in the entrance hall and bathroom. The holiday home has a washing machine. There is also a wood-burning stove. The holiday home is located on a 3600 m² natural plot with a biodiversity garden. The fjord is 500 metres away. The nearest shop is located at a distance of 2000 metres. There is a golf course at a distance of approximately 15 km. The holiday home has an open courtyard environment. Charcoal barbecue available. Parking at the holiday home. There are 5 bedrooms in total. The sleeping accommodation is divided into: 4 double beds. 4 beds in single beds. The kitchen is equipped with 1 fridge. There are 4 ceramic hobs, convection oven and dishwasher. There is 1 bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. Please note that water is included in the rental price. DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable.
