Idyll Summer house in the most coveted vacation area in Denmark. 100 m² with 1 main house, 2 out houses and 2 terraces, and Heating pump. 900 square meter garden plot with a private parking spot. The guest must bring their own bed linen, towels and rags, firewood can be bought in the supermarket, all firewood on the plot must not be used by the guest. The waste containers are emptied on Tuesdays, do not overfill the containers. When you book you accept the Rules, terms and conditions: · Subleasing is not allowed. · The property is used as it is, ie. as it appears and is used by the owner. There is access to use all facilities and equipment with the exception of the outside shed which is locked and may not be used. Bed linen must be used on all beds that are taken into use. · A maximum of 7 people are allowed to stay at the property. · It is not allowed to hold events or any kind of parties in the house or anywhere on the property. (Breaking the rules will result in immediate termination of the rental period without a refund and the guest will also be fined) · The property must be treated gently, considerately and carefully. · No smoking or wearing shoes inside the property. No loud noise from 23:00 to 08:00. · All damaged and missing things and furniture as well as any kind of damage to the property is fully compensated by the guest. · All entrances must be locked and all electronics must be turned off at all times when leaving the property including heating appliances, lights, etc. with the exception of the refrigerator in the kitchen, the internet and the heat pump (set to minimum 14 degrees celcius in the winter season) · The property must be handed over completely cleaned when the rental period ends. It is required to pay an additional fee of DKK 600 for the cleaning service. · The guest can be required to read, fill and sign a private rental contract stating the agreement of the rules, security deposit, rent and rental period.

The beach and Hornbæk town as well as train and bus stations are within walking distance from the house. Walking distances: The beach 3 minutes. Hornbæk town 10 minutes. Nearest train and bus station 2 minutes. 50 minutes drive from Copenhagen. There is a private driveway and parking space on the property as well as free street parking by the house. There are also 6 bicycles available for guests at the house.
