Hundi Holiday Home is a family-run retreat that began in 2018 from a desire to offer more than just a place to sleep – we wanted to create a space of peace, privacy, and an authentic Hiiumaa feeling. Our team is small but heartfelt, meaning every detail is filled with care and warmth. We offer three unique types of accommodation for families, couples, or groups of friends: Main House – a homely space with modern comforts for up to 8 guests. The Granary – a summer retreat with a touch of history for up to 6 guests. Camping “Boat” – a nature-inspired escape for 2–3 guests. Our true gem is the private SPA House, where you can relax in a wine bath or try local Hiiu sea mud and other exclusive wine spa rituals. Everything is designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself. The sauna house offers the chance to enjoy a traditional Estonian sauna ritual, soak in a hot tub, and experience peaceful sauna evenings in true Hiiumaa style. We also offer bike and SUP rentals, as well as private boat tours with a captain. Children can enjoy our adventure trail map and play area, while grown-ups can enjoy the views and quiet. We warmly welcome all who value nature, authenticity, and a pause from the busy world. At Hundi, you don’t have to do anything – but you’re free to do everything that makes your soul smile.

*PALUKÜLA HEALTH TRAIL (1,5 km away)Health trails are 1.8 km long (with lighting) and 2.7 km long. They can be skied, cycled, or walked. *PÜHALEPA DISCGOLFI PARK (1,5 km away)A disc golf course in Paluküla with 21 baskets and two tiers. Tier A is for advanced players, and Tier B is for recreational players. An 18-basket round is also possible *ROOGRAHU HARBOUR (1 km away) is a small port on the north coast of Hiiumaa. A modern service centre with a year-round restaurant is open to guests at the harbour. NEW! The depth of the Roograhu basin has increased since its spring 2015 renovations to 2.5 metres. Lateral markers directing you to the harbour have been placed at the start of the channel. *HIIESSAARE SILMAKIVI ROCK (1,8 km away)Near Paluküla, among the junipers, is a giant boulder known as Silmakivi or the ‘Eye Stone’. It was a landmark for those coming in from the sea. In the mid-20th century, it was still common for Kärdla youth to spend time on Silmakivi. They would take an accordion and a picnic basket with them. *SWIMMING NEAR ROOGRAHU HARBOR  (1 km away)There is an unofficial swimming spot near Roograhu Harbour.
