In April 2025 we completed a 75k total refurb of the villa.
I have owned the villa for 25 years and have seen my children grow up out there, its an amazing place and so relaxed and chilled.
At the end of a lovely nice quiet cul de sac, all amenities within a easy 5-10 minutes walk, beaches, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
