Whether you are a family, couple or business traveller, this property offers every comfort for your stay. Entering the property there is a hallway leading to the kitchen and living/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and kitchen utensils. The living/dining room is equipped with TV and Wifi for your entertainment. From here you can also access the private terrace with views to the beach and enjoy the fantastic sunsets. There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, bidet and bath tube. The second bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardropes. The third bedroom has also two single beds and fitted wardrobes. The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. We enter the terrace with table and chairs. You can access the terrace from the living-dinning room and from the main bedroom. The property is located in a very quiet, gated complex . Only 10 min. from Ayamonte. Faro airport is about 45 minutes away and Seville airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes away. House Rules: - No parties or events are allowed - No groups of young people under 25 years - Check in from 3pm and check out until 10am - No smoking allowed - No pets allowed - Bed linen and towels are provided.
