Property facing the Mediterranean sea, with spectacular views of the entire beach, the sea, Cabo de Gata, Almería, and Aguadulce, with impressive sunrises, the apartment is accessed through a portal and you have to climb 34 steps (there is no elevator) very comfortable to climb and wide, from the community entrance hall (where there is a small library where you can borrow books to read), the apartment is supplied with sheets and towels, we even provide binoculars so you can look for dolphins or birds such as flamingos, herons and wild ducks as it is your step towards the natural park and biosphere reserve that is a few kilometers away, a beautiful and lovely beach in front, we also provide beach towels and hammocks, you can take the umbrella from the terrace if you wish, although you can rent sun loungers on the sand in the summer season. We offer a small courtesy package, consisting of wine, milk, orange juice and water. There are supermarkets nearby where you can do your shopping, on the main road to the left there is a SPAR supermarket (it has all kinds of items, both national and foreign), to the right there are the Mercadona (Spanish) and Aldi (German) supermarkets, you can go by car or if you prefer to walk and enjoy the extraordinary temperature and views that Roquetas de Mar offers, you are also offered a courtesy cart to do your shopping. We have tried to provide condiments, infusions, cleaning products, toilet paper, but of course depending on the days requested, you will have to make a small purchase of what you want. If you come by car, there is free public parking nearby (in front of the building on the main road). It may be a bit difficult to find a car on certain dates, long weekends, holidays or the summer season in July and August, but if you drive a little further away you will find a good parking space.

We are a couple who love the sea, travelling and meeting people from all over the world and one day we decided to do this crazy thing of setting up a tourist apartment to promote our country, our culture, our customs and our Andalusian charm and with great enthusiasm and effort we carried it out and we hope that everyone who visits us leaves satisfied, content and happy and of course, repeat the following year or whenever they want. Among other things, it is worth noting that the apartment is very close to the natural area "Punta Entina" at the end of its magnificent promenade that extends for 16 kilometres and is home to flamingos, herons, wild ducks and other water birds, in front of the apartment with its wonderful beach to enjoy on it or if you prefer from its spectacular terrace with endless views of the Mediterranean Sea, so perfect for resting, disconnecting and relaxing. Nearby you can rent bicycles to allow you to explore further, the walk is all flat, without slopes so you can go to Aguadulce, even Almería on cycling routes dedicated to it. Bus tours can be booked to many interesting places: the Alhambra in Granada is worth a visit, the mini Hollywood and even a visit to Almeria, the tour can be booked to include a guide who will show you all the palaces and also explain the history, you can rent boats and book boat trips from the port, (marina and fishing port) where you can see how the fishermen return with their catch of the day and watch how they unload it and auction it off to the highest bidder or take a ride on an authentic wooden pirate galleon (only in summer, high season).

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive areas of Roquetas de Mar, colloquially known by its residents as the "urba", because it is located in the urbanizations of the hotel and tourist area, surrounded by all kinds of shops, stores, restaurants, pharmacy, lottery, tobacco shop, supermarkets, Chinese shops, etc. In particular, this apartment has four restaurants as soon as you leave the entrance where you can eat daily menus, have a snack or go for the famous "tapas" (you don't even need to cook), a shop specializing in wines where you can also buy water, a laundromat service (you do everything yourself) or attended, souvenir shops, shops with gift and decoration items such as Ale-hop known for its "cow" welcoming you. It is a very quiet neighbourhood to rest, unwind and have a good time, with its impressive 6-kilometre promenade marked for walking, cycling, skating, jogging, etc., enjoying the natural surroundings with a UNESCO-protected natural biosphere reserve a few kilometres away, as well as the famous mini Hollywood (Tabernas - Almeria) about 50 kilometres away to spend an unforgettable day where all the Hollywood Western series were filmed in the 70s, for example: "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly". If you fancy going shopping, 10 kilometres away is the "Gran Plaza" shopping park where you can make all kinds of purchases, gifts, etc. and opposite is the theatre - auditorium where every week there are great performances by singers, theatre, orchestras and all kinds of shows and events both in summer and winter, all year round. A little further up 2 kilometres is the wonderful "Aquarium Costa de Almería", to enjoy an unforgettable evening and right next to this in summer is the impressive "Mariopark" with 45,000 square metres full of fun, green areas, refreshing pools, water attractions, etc. to have a good time.
