The apartment is located in a very peaceful residential area of El Sauzal, a charming town in the north of Tenerife. We’re in a quiet cul-de-sac, with fewer than 50 neighbors, which guarantees a calm and safe environment — perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the daily routine. El Sauzal is known for its mild climate year-round, spectacular views of Mount Teide and the ocean, and its authentic Canarian atmosphere. Just a few minutes from the apartment, you'll find nature trails, scenic viewpoints like La Garañona, parks, and small local shops where you can enjoy traditional island products. We’re also very well connected: the TF-5 motorway is less than 5 minutes away, making it easy to explore other parts of the island, such as La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz, or the Teide National Park. And if you'd rather stay nearby, you can visit local wineries, enjoy traditional Canarian food in nearby restaurants, or simply wander through El Sauzal’s charming historic center.
