Bright, modern, and minimalist exterior apartment in the heart of the Triana neighborhood, on one of Seville's most iconic streets. It is a 10-minute walk from the center of Seville and 3 minutes from the metro station. First floor with elevator, accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, ceramic hob, electric kettle, Nespresso and Italian coffee machines, toaster, juicer, etc. The accommodation offers a welcome gift for guests (coffee, tea, herbal tea, mineral water, cookies). Central air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms. It has two bedrooms, with exterior windows providing natural light and excellent ventilation. We offer a double bed (160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm), a 43-inch HDR smart TV, two illuminated bedside tables with drawers, towel sets, a mirror, a folding luggage rack, and a dressing area. Tourism Quality Certificate. Sicted Seville City Council. The accommodation offers a choice of pillows (viscoelastic, goose down, and fiber). Bright and spacious living-dining room with three Iroko wood windows overlooking the heart of Triana, an open-plan kitchen, a sofa bed, and a 65-inch HDR Smart TV.
