We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price). The accommodation can be reached by car, taxi or bus. Our company also offers a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The service is paid and they have to notify at least two days in advance to contract it. NOTICE: It is important that guests confirm their telephone number when making the reservation and tell us an approximate arrival time at the accommodation to organize check-in. Remember that it is an apartment and we do not have a reception as such and the only way to avoid waiting is to balance the schedules. We remind you that the check-in time ends at 10:00 p.m. If any guest needs to enter after said time, they must notify in advance and will have an extra cost that they must pay in cash upon arrival.

Wonderful studio in the heart of the Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). The studio is as seen in the photographs, small, but tastefully designed and very cosy. It consists of an open space with a double bed, a small space to store clothes and a TV. There is also a small space with kitchen and dining area. Finally, it has a complete bathroom with shower and a small private balcony with a second dining area where our guests can enjoy wonderful evenings. The studio and balcony views face a quiet street with the beach area and ocean in the background. The apartment has air conditioning and FREE WIFI. In the complex there is a communal solarium (patio) with sun loungers and a dining area. There is also a community room with a washer and dryer that guests can use free of charge. The building has stairs at the entrance for access (There is no elevator). It is not designed for people with reduced mobility). It does not have parking.

Located in the heart of the Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). About 100 meters from the beach. A five minute walk from the bus station and a 10 minute walk to Siam Park. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs where you can spend some lovely evenings. If you come by car, we recommend that you park around Calle Venezuela or in the car park behind the Hospital Quirón.
