Fantastic ground floor apartment at 80 m of the beach and Marina, at 600m of the Downtown, facing south, terrace with sea view, spacious living room with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen fully equipped , flat screen TV, 1 Bedroom , 1 Bathroom, Aire Co, free WiFi, parking. Can accommodate 4 people, direct access to the pool and garden.
