This beautiful apartment is ideally situated in the picturesque village of Tias. It is a great place to stay for those who wish to be out of the noisy and busy main resort of Puerto del Carmen but still want to have it easily accessible. The apartment benefits from all modern utility. The apartment is located just below the owner villa on the ground floor with a private parking . The apartment have a private terrace (19 m2), with barbecue, table, chairs etc. The apartment has been totally refurbish in summer 2013. The newly built Tias golf course is only a 5 minute drive and the puerto del carmen beach at only 10 min drive. Free Wi-Fi available in the entire apartment and terrace. A private parking is available inside the villa. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding, sheets pillow cases are provided. Cleaning prior to arrival and after departure is included. Towels for use in the apartment (1 set of bath, hand face towels per week for each guest). Beach towels are not provided. Also available a cot and a high chair for babies with no extra charges. No hidden extras to pay (e.g. rental of iron, kettle, toaster etc) everything included in price.

My family and I live in Lanzarote since the year 1995. I am originally from Paris and I met my German wife in Lanzarote in 1998. During all this years we had 2 lovely kids: Emily (17 years) and Nils (15 years). We originally moved to Lanzarote because of its climate: The Island enjoys an average temperature of 22ºC all year-round and it is sunny almost 360 days a year. It is also a very safe place for children and mature persons. After living in Puerto Del Carmen (too busy and noisy), Playa Honda (too close to the airport), Costa Teguise (too windy), we finally bought the villa of our dream with an apartment in the quiet and peaceful town of Tías. Beginning of 2018 we decided to move (very close to the villa) and started to rent the villa for holiday makers. Tias is a little village ideally located in the country side. You will feel the atmosphere of a village with all its little shops, one of the best supermarket (quality and price), friendly people and even sometime you will be awake by the crowing of the neighbour cock!

The apartment is ideally located, being in an easy 10 minutes’ drive from the airport, just 10 min drive to Puerto Del Carmen and approximately 15 min drive to Puerto Calero with its expensive yacht and trips from the marina (Even a submarine trip). You can also reach the new golf course of Tias and the best hospital of Lanzarote in less than 5 min drive ;). Car hire is not essential (I do mostly everything with my bike) but recommended if you want to visit or reach the beach.Tias is a small village but you will find more than 15 bars/restaurants for all taste and the best quality for the price!!! There is also a few bars (English and Spanish) with local prices !! You have 2 pharmacy, 2 or 3 dentists (one English one), doctors, 1 local supermarket, 2 small English supermarket, 2 or 3 bakeries etc You can drive in the nice protect area of la Geria ( 5min drive from the apt) to test and buy some Lanzarote wine (excellent). About 15min drive from the apt you can reach the nice village of Uga and the Timanfaya Park (volcanos), where you will maybe recognize some scenery where a lot of movies star had appeared (Penelope Cruz, Dennis Quaid, Liam Neeson, Raquel Welch, Rita Hayworth, etc
