HUTG (138791). Spectacular duplex penthouse with views of the bay of Palamós. Starting on the second floor with a large terrace with pool, barbecue and a Balinese bed to enjoy the sunsets, it also has a wonderful porch with outdoor kitchen to have meals with the family, and an outdoor toilet. Following on the first floor, it consists of a double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk beds. Then, a fully equipped American kitchen with sea views, a cozy living-dining room and finally, a completely renovated bathroom with shower. The apartment has wifi, elevator, air conditioning and ducted heating and a parking space in the same building. It is located in the old town of Palamós, close to the beach and all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Palamós is a coastal town with its promenade, its exquisite restaurant area, its old town and a lot of youth movement. But let's not forget that we are talking about the Costa Brava, an ideal destination that adapts to all tastes and concerns. And it has from mountain routes, innumerable coves with crystal clear water, to inland towns with their charm and medieval magic. But above all, the territory of "l'Empordà" is famous for its wine tastings and its exquisite gastronomy.
