Barcelona Beach Apartments S.L. is a small local company who renovated this building with great enthusiasm in 2013 to preserve the charm of the original quarts de casa, combined with modern design.

Property information

Barcelona Beach Apartments offers new and stylish apartments for short and mid term rentals in its own renovated building located just 50m from the beach in the most favourite area of Barcelona. All apartments are totally new, modern and equipped with everything you need for your vacations or business stay. Each apartment contains a separate bedroom with a comfortable double-bed, a stylish bathroom en suite, complete kitchen with facilities to prepare your own meals or cold drinks, lounge with a table for 3/4 people, double sofa-bed, TV with satellite, air condition and free wireless internet access. All apartments except ground floor have a small private balcony with view of the sea. Elevator available. The common rooftop-terrace offers incredible panoramic views of the beach and the sea and is reserved exclusively to our guests.

La Barceloneta (little Barcelona)is a former fishermen quarter dating back to 1753 full of exciting restaurants and bars. With its 5 kilometres of mediterranean beaches it certainly is the area that people from Barcelona come to for relaxing. The city beaches between the Sant Sebastià, Sant Miquel, Barceloneta, Somorrostro, Nova Icària, Bogatell, Nova Mar Bella, Mar Bella and Llevant beaches, are equipped with services for swimmers and users and invite for swimming, jogging, riding, strolling or just watching
