Beautiful apartment, sunny, 1st line, in Benal Beach, one of the most beautiful areas of the Costa del Sol. Wonderful positive energy. PRIVATE OWNER (NOT HOTEL). 100% RENOVATED in May 2018. WE DISINFECT EVERYTHING WITH BLEACH (SHEETS, BLANKETS, DOORS, KITCHEN SETS) EVERY CHANGE. Maximum capacity: 4 people. 2 adults and 2 children. We do not admit more than 4 people. So far, wonderful clientele. Everything can be done on foot: fifteen minutes on foot from Puerto Marina (one of the largest shopping, restaurants and nightclubs in the area) and five minutes from the center of Arroyo de la Miel, and in front of Parque de la Paloma. It has an unbeatable location: halfway between Malaga and Marbella. Very close to Fuengirola and Torremolinos. In the heart of the Costa del Sol. In the Benalbeach complex, one of the best resorts in the area. With reception and 24 hour security. and 4 giant pools facing the sea. Equipped with enough to guarantee a pleasant stay: Air conditioning (2 splits) microwave washing machine TV toaster glass ceramic kitchen supplies wifi (free 300 Mb fiber) lifts disabled access 1 bed of 1.50 m. and 1 sofa bed.
