FOR THE SUMMER SEASON 2025: BATHROOM REFORMED! The apartment Ca L'avi I S'avia is located on the beautiful beach of Punta Prima, in the first row of the sea. This privileged location makes it stand out and is an important part of its charm and success. Sitting on the terrace you can enjoy a truly wonderful view and atmosphere. It gives the impression that a part of the beach is yours. You have the sea with its turquoise blue color directly in front of you. You will also love the indoor equipment. It has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and very cosy. From the beautiful living room with ceiling fan and dining area you can also admire the views through the wide glass doors to the terrace.

Neighbourhood information

Punta Prima is the perfect place for a family vacation. It has a very complete touristic offer, the beach promenade is about 200 meters from the apartment. Here you will find everything a tourist's heart desires, restaurants, terraces, car and bicycle rental, a pharmacy, several supermarkets, souvenir shops, a handicraft market several days a week. There is a regular bus connection to Mahón, which is only about 12 km away. So you can also easily take advantage of the wide cultural and gastronomic offer that exists in the capital of Menorca. In addition to all that, in the area you can make different excursions along the Camí de Cavalls, which borders all of Menorca along the coast. We recommend the excursion to the neighboring coves Cala Alcaufar and Cala Rafalet.
