Our house is an old town house with a beautiful terrace with a pergola to enjoy and have dinner. You have views of the Montserrat mountains. It is surrounded by forest and nature. In our house you can breathe tranquility, relax with the whole family! You can enjoy the calm of the town and an unbeatable environment near Barcelona and the best beaches. You have many excursions to do in the surroundings, wineries, vineyards, mountains... In the town you can also visit the 11th century castle and its funicular with more than 100 years of history. The house is ideal for family enjoyment and has a terrace where you can have lunch and dinner. It also has a games room for the little ones in the house. You will enjoy all the comforts, you will be well connected and you will also have access to the AP7. On the main floor we find a small bathroom with shower, the kitchen, the laundry room, the dining room and a large terrace with barbecue and great views of the magical mountains of Montserrat. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, the main room with a double bed, a cot and a magnificent terrace with views of Montserrat, another room with two double beds (one is a sofa bed), and a third room with a 3-story bunk bed and a single bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower and bathtub. We have air conditioning in the dining room where the main double bedroom is. On the ground floor we have a beautiful games room for children. We have a small garage where you can park your vehicle. The house is just 3 minutes walk from the town center and surrounded by a very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

We live in Gelida, a town 40 minutes by train from Barcelona. It's surrounded by forests and perfect for many excursions. Encircled by vineyards and with many villages to visit nearby. It's wine country (the Catalan Tuscany). We're 20 minutes from the beaches of Vilanova i la Geltrú and 25 minutes from Sitges, with its seaside location. Montserrat, the magical mountain, is 30 minutes away. It's very well located; if you're looking for peace and quiet surrounded by vineyards and mountains, this is your ideal home. If you prefer the city, you're very close to Barcelona, ​​just a 40-minute train ride from the city center and a 20-minute drive. In our town, there's a municipal swimming pool only a 7-minute walk from our house. The train station is connected to the town center by a century-old funicular that you shouldn't miss (it operates on holidays). There's also a climbing area suitable for all levels. We have numerous GR trails for walking and hiking, including the Fuentes Route. The supermarket is a 3-minute walk from our house. The medical center is a 5-minute walk from our house. If you enjoy tennis or padel, the municipal courts are very close by.

It's a very quiet neighborhood and the people are friendly.
