Whether you are here for the UNESCO Geopark, discovering the hiking or cycling routes, or just to relax, our house combines rural charm with modern city services. House Layout & Amenities: Cyclist & Hiker Friendly: Ground floor secure storage room for 3-4 bicycles and sports gear + a full bathroom (great for post-activity showers). Fully Equipped Kitchen (1st Floor): Cook comfortably with the stove, oven and microwave and included essentials (olive oil, salt, pepper, spices, tea & Nespresso coffee machine) and here you'll also find another smaller bathroom. Work & Rest (2nd Floor): Adult's bedroom with a double bed, a smaller sofa bed, 42" TV with Google Chromecast and a dedicated work desk incase you need to do some working from home. Kids' Adventure Zone (Top Floor): A dedicated attic play-space with a teepee, beanbags and another 42" TV with Amazon Prime for the kids. Please note: There are 2 beds on this floor, one double and one single, in bunk bed style which are accessed via a ladder. Please Read Before Booking: Cal Xulipa is a historic "vertical" house spread over 4 floors. Stairs: The stairs to the attic (top floor) are steeper and narrower than the rest of the house however access to the rest of the property is no problem, even for those with reduced mobility. Ladders: The top floor beds are bunk-style and require climbing a ladder to access. In general, the top floor is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
