Cozy and bright single-story house of 134m2 on the beach of Son Serra de Marina, well located with views of the sea and the mountains. At 40 meters we find the best sandy beach and most pristine crystalline waters of Mallorca since we can enjoy 3km of beach without buildings or hotels. The house has a capacity for 6 people plus a baby (cot and high chair available). In the house, we find a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen fully equipped and furnished. There are 2 fully furnished bathrooms with showers. It has 3 large rooms. One with a large bed and the other two with two beds each. Each room has a closet. The house has access through two streets. On the front, there is a terrace of 30 m2 where you can have breakfast with views of the sea and the mountains and on the back, we find a large terrace of 60m2 where there is an outdoor shower where you can remove the excess sand after a fun day at the beach, as well as enjoy a barbecue with the family or rest on the sun loungers. A 4-minute walk from the house we can go to the supermarket to buy or enjoy a nice meal in the restaurants of Son Serra de Marina. In addition, you can enjoy pleasant walks along the seashore, hiking trails, horseback riding or surf lovers, practice your favorite sport, since the beach of Son Serra is one of the best in Mallorca to perform this activity. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
