A fabulous, traditional, Spanish style Casa in a wonderful area of the Costa Blanca. Calm, quiet, perfect for sport enthusiasts and families. Easy access to local beaches, bars and restaurants. Summer is perfect for water sport enthusiasts and hikers. Totally renovated with new appliances, beds, bedding and towels. The outdoor area is perfect for dining, sunbathing and relaxing with a book. A car is recommended as the nearest beach is at 1.6km from the Casa and the nearest local shop is 1km up the hill. The Casa has 5 bedrooms on three different layers of the house. Three bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. There is another separate shower room on the ground floor. Beds can be made in advance to be either a king size bed or two single beds - please advise a week in advance so that the beds can be made up according to your needs. The Costa Blanca has been likened to a winter version of Chamonix. Not, obviously for skiing, but for climbing, mountaineering, canyoning and trail running. These sports are all brilliant and most enjoyable out here on the Costa Blanca in the winter months. If these are your sports, we can arrange for a guide to show you around. The neighbourhood of Montemar itself is very quiet with stunning views of the valley and Calpe Rock. All the villa owners in the area are very friendly and look after their own villas to a very high standard. There is a fantastic Spanish restaurant 1km up the hill towards Benissa - booking is essential as it is very popular all year round! Another local, and superb pizzeria can be found at the foot of the hill, within walking distance of the Casa. Again, in the summer it is advisable to book to avoid disappointment. In the local area you can find an abundance of superb bars, restaurants, markets and boutique shops.

Welcome to our beautiful Casa which has been lovingly renovated for your needs. We prefer to cater for sport enthusiasts and families as this area is perfect for cyclists, padel players, hikers, triathletes and water sport enthusiasts. We will accept groups of guests but please be aware that there is a strict NO ANTISOCIAL NOISE AFTER 22:30. Out of respect for our neighbours, if you wish to party and have loud noise playing this is not the place for you. However, groups who wish to enjoy the surrounding areas and who love to chat outside with low level noise and music are more than welcome. We live 30km from La Casa so we can be on hand to help you with restaurant and bar information if you need us. Our Casa has welcomed guests from across Europe, all of whom have loved the calm, peaceful atmosphere and wonderful views from La Casa. There are some beautiful places to visit directly from the Casa, so if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us :-)

A lovely quiet area of the Costa Blanca with stunning views of the Montemar Valley. From certain areas of the terrace you can see the sea. Local supermarket and restaurants are within 1.5km of La Casa. The neighbourhood is very friendly with local scenic walks available immediately from La Casa. The quaint, traditional Spanish town of Benissa is 5km from La Casa which has both traditional large supermarkets, restaurants, a sports centre with 25m swimming pool and a running track for any sport enthusiasts. The well-known towns of Moraira, Calpe, Javea and Denia are also within 5km to 20km of La Casa offering endless water sports, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, daily market stalls and summer activities. The nearest 9 hole golf course is less than 3km away. 18 hole golf courses are also in the local area. Having only lived in the area since October 2020, we are still discovering beautiful coves, amazing Spanish restaurants, local festivals and sporting events in the region. La Tomatina, which takes place on the last Wednesday of August is a crazy Tomato Festival but it is well worth a visit. There are run events, triathlons, sportives, padel competitions and many many more activities that you can get involved in if you so wish. It's a wonderful place to visit and explore so we do recommend that you hire a car or an e-bike and get out and about to visit the surrounding areas. You will not be disappointed! :-)
