The main characteristic of Casa Doña Carmela is that it is a quiet place ten minutes walk from the city center, where it is not possible to stay with children. Adults can enjoy an atmosphere made to measure for them. We are mainly addressed to those who seek relaxation and silence in a romantic atmosphere.

Salamanca is a district of the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, which is located in the heart of the city. The residential area bears the name of the family that owns the property in the area where the district is located and which was called Llanos de Salamanca. The Salamanca of Santa Cruz descended from Francisco de Salamanca, a race rider who arrived on the island in 1510. The properties in the district of Salamanca are built in the traditional urban architecture of the late 19th and early 20th century.
