The loss or breakage of keys, remote controls or entry devices, will be subject to a supplement to be paid at the time of delivery of the replacement set. This supplement will consist of the price of the replacement set or copy and the transfer of the owner (according to schedule).

The tenant will have to pay the price of the locksmith, if this is necessary due to an error or fault of the tenant (leaving the keys in place or breakage of the lock).

If the tenant refuses to pay, the replacement set will not be delivered.
