Casa Vista Paraíso is a spacious villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ideal for families or groups. It offers fast WiFi throughout the house and TV with English channels. The house enjoys beautiful sea views from the terrace and pool area, providing peace and privacy for a truly relaxing holiday. Its location is perfect for exploring the island, as the village of Tías is centrally located, less than 10 minutes’ drive from Puerto del Carmen and around 10 minutes from the airport. Outside, guests can enjoy a large private swimming pool (optional heating available for a small extra charge), sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a lovely private garden. From the spacious sea-view terrace, equipped with a dining table and jacuzzi, there is direct access to the pool area. The bedrooms are bright and spacious, with two en-suite bathrooms. The master suite, located on the upper floor (accessed by stairs), features a double bed, large wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and access to a large sun terrace with loungers and stunning sea views. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground floor. One has twin beds with a bathroom opposite. The other two are accessed via stairs: one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and direct pool access, and another double bedroom with garden views and access to a small private terrace. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with international TV channels, a laundry area, and parking available directly outside the house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Cot, high chair and extra bed are available on request. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided, with a linen change for stays over 10 days.
