Casa Eloy: a charming rural house with a heated pool, just an 8-minute drive from Merón Beach Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this newly built home, combining traditional Asturian architecture with modern comfort. Casa Eloy sleeps up to 10 guests, and two baby cots are available, ideal for large families or groups travelling together. The house features five double bedrooms, three spacious bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a generous living room for relaxing together and a large dining area with seating for up to 12. A washer and dryer are also available. Step outside to unwind in the private garden, share long meals in the barbecue area (table for 12), or take a dip in the private heated 8 × 4 m pool. One of Casa Eloy’s standout features - rare in Asturias - is that the pool can be enjoyed year-round. Even in summer, when the sea is wonderfully refreshing (typically around 20 - 22°C) and unheated pools can feel cool, the heated pool (28°C) offers comfortable swimming at any time of day. The property sits on a fully fenced private garden of over 2,000 m², offering space, privacy and peace of mind. Thanks to sustainable construction with a geothermal heat pump, you’ll also enjoy underfloor heating and efficient hot water all year round. Casa Eloy is tucked away at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by nature, perfect for peace, privacy and starry nights. There is also an electric-vehicle charging point on site.
