This spacious terraced house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located close to the sandy beaches and shallow water of the Mar Manor. There is a public swimming pool and various restaurants within walking distance. It is an ideal place for those looking to explore Los Alcazeres while having comfort and a spectacular view from the terrace. The large swimming pool is located 150 meters from the house and has an entrance fee of EUR 2 for children and EUR 3 for adults. The pool is open between 15 June and 15 September and has a safe zone for children.

It has always been our dream to have a place under the sun. Los Alcazares still has an authentic Spanish feeling, hardly any high-rise buildings and features 5 km of pedestrian boulevard with plenty of restaurants and shallow water. We named our house Casa Moolio as Moolio means seahorse in Hawaiian and seahorses are among the most unique creatures inhabiting Mar Menor. As we traveled a lot ourselves, we are happy to share our special place with other travelers.

The neighbourhood is very peaceful, calm and safe. Within 250 meters you will find a supermarket and the swimming pool. It is an easy walk to the old town with various restaurants and bars. The beach is around 850 meters from the house.
