The villa was built in 2017/18. Completed 7 May 2018 and ready for first guest 18 May 2018. Located so that you have the sun all day. The house is brand new and state of the art. Furniture is picked to fit the modern and simple style. The villa is located in a brand new area called Villamartin Paradise. A quiet area with mostly young family people. Large outdoor area with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, planting, Shower, barbecue. Large roof terrace with sun loungers, outdoor furniture, barbecue and roof over dining area if desired. Large nice communal pool right next to the property. Here you can just bring a sunbed / towels and take 5 steps and you are by the pool. From the roof terrace and the balcony in the second you have a beautiful view of the pool area.
Have been vacationing in this area since 1986 with the whole family. Likes cycling, hiking, golfing and playing tennis.
Villamartin is located approx. 10 km. south of Torrevieja center, 4 km from the coast and on a hill overlooking the Mediterranean. Construction of Villamartin began in 1972, and the area has developed into a modern village with villas, townhouses and apartments. Good infrastructure, shops, restaurants and a number of other offers. The urbanization Villamartin is known for its fine Plaza with restaurants, beautiful palm trees and other activities. Villamartin is a popular holiday destination, beautifully prepared around a well-established golf course. The variety of vegetation and wildlife makes Villamartin a great place to visit. The famous Zenia Boulevard shopping center with 150 shops and a variety of restaurants is located close to Villamartin. Torrevieja, Cartagena, Murcia, Alicante and Orihuela are the nearest towns of a certain size. From Villamartin you quickly connect to the motorway or the main road N-332 which takes you south and north along the Mediterranean and the Costa Blanca coast. The Villamartin area is known for its beautiful golf course, and that there are 4 golf courses in this area with a short distance between the courses.
